At 8Ball Crafted & Art, we specialize in digital DTF print files and digital artwork downloads. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final.
1. Digital Product Policy
All products sold through our store are digital downloads unless otherwise specified.
Once a digital file has been:
Purchased
Downloaded
Delivered electronically
it cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. No Refunds on Digital Downloads
Because digital products cannot be physically returned, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges for:
Accidental purchases
Change of mind
Incorrect file selection
Lack of software knowledge
Failure to read product descriptions
Please review all product details carefully before purchasing.
3. Exceptions
Refunds or replacements may be considered only if:
The file is corrupted or unusable
The wrong file was delivered
The customer cannot access the purchased download due to a verified technical issue
If you experience a problem, contact us within 7 days of purchase with:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Screenshots if applicable
We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue promptly.
4. Custom Orders
Custom digital artwork, personalized designs, and commissioned files are non-refundable once work has begun or files have been delivered.
5. Chargebacks & Fraudulent Claims
Filing false chargebacks or fraudulent disputes after receiving digital products may result in:
Permanent banning from our store
Revocation of licensing rights
Legal action when necessary
6. License & Usage Restrictions
Purchasing a digital file does not transfer copyright ownership.
Unless otherwise stated:
Files are for personal or approved commercial use only
Customers may not resell, share, or redistribute the original digital files
Mass production or resale without permission is prohibited
